Plan 1:  Monthly Online Personal Training $191/month (+tax)

Coach Nat is your personal trainer – she’s right by your side to encourage and motivate you. This plan includes (1)initial 30 minute consultation via phone or Skype to discuss your goals and lifestyle (2)  customized, progressive exercise program (including strength training program and weekly cardio goals where appropriate) (3)access to a personalized training app, (4)check-ins via text/email/video message every two weeks to keep you accountable and moving forward on your goals (5) more frequent check-ins whenever you need it and (6) general nutritional guidance to maximize your results.  Programs are written specifically for you – based on your goals, lifestyle and workout location.  Please note: *** Requires 30 day cancellation notification***

Plan 2:  8 Week Customized Training Program $276 (+tax)

Are you self-motivated and need a customized, effective program that will help you lose weight, gain muscle, and/or improve your overall fitness?  One that is science-based and results driven?  One tailored specifically for YOUR BODY?  Well, this plan will get you the results you want to see and feel. It includes (1) initial 30 minute consultation via phone or Skype to discuss your goals and lifestyle  (2)customized 8 week exercise program (including strength training program and weekly cardio goals where appropriate) (3)access to personalized training app (4) one 15-minute follow-up to review program together.
